The present study aims to investigate and analyze the scientific components of civilization in the Shiite government with an emphasis on the verses of the Holy Quran using a descriptive-analytical method and a library study. The main question of the present study is based on the following: What are the scientific components of civilization in the Shiite government with an emphasis on the verses of the Holy Quran? The findings showed that six scientific components of civilization in the Shiite government can be extracted with an emphasis on the verses of the Holy Quran, which include human dignity, rationality, monotheistic attitude, justice, knowledge acquisition, individual and collective hygiene. They are in the next levels of the Shiite civilization components, which have been considered with the inspiration of the Quran and the words of the infallibles. Considering the verses of the Holy Quran, it can be concluded that these components are the most fundamental components of civilization that God presented to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) through the language of the Quran in order to pursue human happiness and that the Islamic government must follow them.
