The development of individual talents is one of the most key pillars of the scientific, cultural and social development of any society. Humans are faced with a unique set of abilities, interests and learning styles. Individual differences that have existed in humans since the beginning of creation require that educational approaches be flexible and appropriate to this diversity. In this regard, the role of the educator as a guide, facilitator and role model is of particular importance. The present article, with a Quranic approach, descriptive method and library study, examines this vital role in depth and comprehensively. The findings of the study indicate that the principle of differences in talents is accepted from the perspective of the Holy Quran, "God's will", "human individual effort", "divine test", "personality structure of individuals" and "God's different creation" are among the most important factors of such differences, and the role of the coach in the development of the trainee's talents from the perspective of the Holy Quran is: "explaining the path of guidance and error", "education based on divine revelation", "purifying the trainee from vices and creating virtues in his soul", "strengthening faith and the spirit of trust in God Almighty in the trainee's institution", "strengthening the spirit of patience and endurance of hardships in the trainee", "explaining the wisdom of affairs", and "paying attention to the comprehensive development of the trainee by using talents correctly".
