The flourishing of individual talents is one of the fundamental pillars of the scientific, cultural, and social development of every society. Human beings possess unique combinations of abilities, interests, and learning styles. Individual differences, which have existed since the creation of humankind, require educational approaches to be sufficiently flexible and responsive to this diversity. Within this framework, the educator plays a pivotal role as a guide, facilitator, and role model. Adopting a Qurʾanic perspective, the present study employs a descriptive method based on library research to provide a comprehensive analysis of this essential role. The findings indicate that the Holy Qurʾan acknowledges the existence of differences in human talents. According to the Qurʾan, the most important factors underlying such differences include the divine will, individual human effort, divine testing, personal disposition (shākilah), and the diversity inherent in God's creation. Furthermore, from the Qurʾanic perspective, the educator contributes to the flourishing of learners’ talents by clarifying the paths of guidance and misguidance, providing education grounded in divine revelation, purifying learners from moral vices while cultivating virtuous qualities, strengthening faith and the spirit of reliance upon God, fostering patience and perseverance in the face of hardships, explaining the wisdom underlying events, and promoting the holistic development of learners through the proper utilization of their God-given talents
