The Holy Qur'an, while telling some stories and discussing some issues, has stated ways to punish criminals, which in Imami jurisprudence, for various reasons, such as the lack of clarity in the verses in expressing the punishment rules, reliance on hadiths and jurisprudential rules, and some other factors, are rarely used. The quality of reflection of this issue in the Qur'an and whether or not this issue has been discussed in the Qur'an and to what extent the verses of Ta'ziri rulings have influenced the jurisprudential fatwas are among the important issues that can be researched. The purpose of conducting this research is to prove the claim that despite the fact that ta'zir is not used in the Holy Quran in the sense of "chastisement and punishment", there are verses in the Quran that can be relied on in the discussions of jurisprudence and ifta, while such verses are neglected, Sentences such as "taking out of the place of residence", "disclosing the name", "putting under mental pressure" and "isolating" criminals. Conducting such research is necessary and in a way it is the focus of the Qur'an in jurisprudential discussions. One of the most important results obtained in the light of this research is that the Qur'an can be deduced, and with its deduction, it is possible to extract neglected facts, knowledge, and rulings. In this research, in addition to describing Ta'ziri verses, their interpretation and analysis, the historical course of reflection of these rulings in Shia jurisprudential sources is discussed.
