One of the topics in Qurʾanic sciences that has attracted the attention of many scholars in this field is the inimitability of the Holy Qurʾan. The inimitability of the Holy Qurʾan has various dimensions, including literary, rhetorical, scientific, educational, mathematical, moral, social, and psychological aspects. In the contemporary period, the psychological dimension of the Qurʾan’s inimitability has received particular attention because of its practical significance. Psychological inimitability refers to the selection of the best statements and teachings for guiding human beings, taking into account the hidden and complex dimensions of the human soul and their harmony with the human spirit. Psychological discussions have always had a direct impact on human moral education, and there is an undeniable relationship between the two, to the extent that they play an important role in human guidance and salvation. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this study aims to analyze the capacity of this type of inimitability in the moral education of learners. It concludes that the Holy Qurʾan, through its awareness of the dimensions of the human psyche and the hidden aspects of the soul that had not been uncovered by human knowledge, employs a set of psychological foundations, concepts, and principles in order to convey its guiding propositions to learners in the most dynamic and enduring manner possible and to institutionalize sound education within them. Moral education based on the implications of the psychological inimitability of the Qurʾan must take into account three levels: “macro-level explanation,” “extraction and interpretation,” and “implementation.” To establish the relationship between psychological inimitability and moral education, one may consider such axes as the soft negative method, methodical reform, institutionalization and stabilization, the use of repetition, and psychological consolidation. The psychological inimitability of the Qurʾan has a profound relationship with the moral education of learners and, through this relationship, paves the way for the formation of religious culture and civilization.
