After passing through the primitive form of society, man gradually formed human society. The formation of the Ummah and the emergence of human social life prepared him to use the teachings of the prophets and the flourishing of talents. The prophets sought the growth of the material and spiritual life of human beings, and the concepts of revelation as deep beliefs provided the path in which transcendent civilizations were formed and the source of human progress.
Although among the well-known and famous human civilizations, less attention has been paid to religious civilizations, but some scholars, considering this historical fact, consider religious thought as a fundamental factor in the formation and establishment of civilization and believe that heavenly religions play a direct or indirect role for the combination of civilizations.
By explaining the divine laws in the form of a scripture, Moses laid the groundwork for the formation of civilized societies. Given the constant human need for the teachings of the prophets, it is important to recognize some elements of Moses' personality which has an influence in building civilization. The main question of this research is what are the components of civilization in the prophet Moses's personality? To answer this question, the verses of the Holy Quran are studied and these verses are the main source of the present research.
