According to the Holy Quran, there are two types of differences and conflicts between people which leads to the formation of criminal and perverted behaviors: The first, Pre-religious differences and in clearer terms, difference in material and worldly affairs; Second, the post-religious difference, where individuals and communities, with religious motives and claims, commit crimes and violence against each other. Each of these two types of differences and consequently, each of these two types of deviant behaviors requires its own confrontation and prevention. The present study seeks to answer the question that: The view of the Holy Quran to encounter with differences, disputes and conflicts and too what is the spread of monotheism in society? Also, to what extent has the strategy of the Holy Quran been effective in creating a healthy society? The results of the research indicate that according to the Holy Quran, the most complete way to encounter with differences, disputes and conflicts is to spread monotheism in society. The solution of monotheism to solve the first type of challenges is: Legal system based on religion which no other method can replace; as all the ways taken by man so far have been fruitless. The monotheistic method, contrary to the rule of law and the cultivation of moral spirit, there is a way that the result is permanent and guaranteed and it never allows oppression and rape of human beings. But the second type of difference, which stems from jealousy and rape, in fact, it is a kind of mental illness that can not be treated with the above methods in the face of the first type of deviation and it is like a cancerous gland that in order to prevent transmission to other people, must be removed physically. In this article, citing anthropology and sociology in the Qur'an, based on the philosophical and interpretive views of Allameh Tabatabai, the above questions are answered.
