Among these, communication skills hold a special place in the formation of effective and constructive interactions among humans. The present study, titled "Understanding and the Position of Communication Skills of Religious Models (Uswahs)," seeks to explain the characteristics and components of communication in the conduct of the prophets and divine saints based on the teachings of the Qurʾān and narrations. The research method is descriptive-analytical-content analysis. The findings indicate that the Holy Qurʾān presents communication skills in three domains: relationship with oneself, with God, and with others, and emphasizes elements such as self-improvement, honesty, observance of rhetorical principles, polite speech and behavior, and sincerity of intention. Furthermore, religious models (uswahs), relying on values such as wisdom, forbearance, kindness, justice, and respect for human dignity, have presented a perfect model of effective communication. In contrast to the instrumental and unethical communications of the present era, the Qurʾān and the conduct of the Infallibles (AS) emphasize communication based on ethics, rationality, and human nature. Consequently, recognizing and following the communication skills of religious models can pave the way for reforming human relations and cultural reconstruction in contemporary societies. قرآن کریم به‌عنوان منشور هدایت الهی، ابعاد گوناگون روابط انسانی را در چهار محور ارتباط با خدا، خود، دیگران و طبیعت تبیین کرده است. در این میان، مهارت‌های ارتباطی جایگاه ویژه‌ای در شکل‌گیری تعاملات مؤثر و سازنده میان انسان‌ها دارد. پژوهش حاضر با عنوان «شناخت و جایگاه مهارت‌های ارتباطی اسوه‌های دینی»، در پی تبیین ویژگی‌ها و مؤلفه‌های ارتباطی در سیرۀ پیامبران و اولیای الهی بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآن و روایات است. روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی‌تحلیلی‌محتوایی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد قرآن کریم مهارت‌های ارتباطی را در سه ساحتِ ارتباط با خود، خدا و دیگران مطرح می‌سازد و بر عناصری چون خودسازی، صداقت، رعایت اصول بلاغت، ادب گفتار و رفتار و اخلاص در نیت تأکید دارد. همچنین، اسوه‌های دینی با تکیه بر ارزش‌هایی چون حکمت، حلم، مهربانی، عدالت و رعایت کرامت انسانی، الگوی کامل ارتباط مؤثر را ارائه کرده‌اند. در مقابلِ ارتباطات ابزاری و غیراخلاقی عصر حاضر، قرآن و سیرۀ معصومان (ع)  بر ارتباطات مبتنی بر اخلاق، عقلانیت و فطرت تأکید دارند. درنتیجه، بازشناسی و الگوگیری از مهارت‌های ارتباطی اسوه‌های دینی می‌تواند راهگشای اصلاح روابط انسانی و بازسازی فرهنگی در جوامع معاصر باشد. https://qcc.quran.ac.ir/article_231837_5d220e331fa57348355524dc8e672408.pdf
