New archaeological discoveries reinforce this theory. In Iran, in recent years, writings have been written that have entered the great Arab culture and civilization through the meanings of the Arabic script and language, but in the field of archeology and study of valuable buildings in the region, as another important feature of material civilization, there is still a large research gap. Perhaps the archaeological study, by attaching images of the region's historical monuments, will facilitate the acceptance of the existence of civilization in the Arabian Peninsula before the advent of the Prophet. This article, using descriptive analytical method, examines calligraphy, urban centers, organized religion, good manners and traditions, agriculture, trade and historical monuments as important components of material civilization in the pre-Islamic Arabian Peninsula. New information and findings from excavations in the Peninsula region lead us to the existence of a strong and advanced civilization in pre-Islamic Saudi Arabia. در چند دهه‌ی اخیر، دیدگاه جدیدی از جانب برخی صاحب‌ نظران با این مضمون ارائه شد که شبه جزیره عربستان قبل از اسلام، نه تنها از لحاظ فرهنگ و تمدن در سطح پایینی قرار نداشته؛ بلکه شاید سرآمد تمدن در روزگار خود نیز بوده است. کشفیات باستان‌شناسی جدید، نظریه‌ی اخیر را تقویت می‌نماید. چون خط و تکامل زبان_به عنوان مهم‌ترین مؤلفه تمدن_بهترین نشانه‌ی تمدن اعراب در عصر پیش از اسلام است؛ در ایران طی سال‌های گذشته نوشته‌هایی به رشته تحریر درآمد، که از طریق دلالات موجود درخط و زبان عربی به فرهنگ و تمدن عالی عرب ورود داشته‌اند. و لیکن از منظر باستانی و بررسی بناهای ارزشمند منطقه، با پیوست تصاویرِ آثار تاریخی به صورت ویژه در این حوزه که خواننده را از جان و دل اقناع کند و در ضمن نوشتاری به دور از تعصبات نژادی باشد که توسط قومی غیرعرب به نگارش درآمده است، مقاله‌ی حاضر اثری بدیع و جدید محسوب می‌شود. این نوشتار، پس از بیان مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های تمدن، آن‌ها را در شبه جزیره عربستان پیش از اسلام، مورد بررسی قرار داده است. اطلاعات و یافته‌های جدید بدست آمده از حفاری‌ها در منطقه شبه جزیره، ما را از وجود تمدن قوی و پیشرفته در عربستان قبل از اسلام مطمئن می‌سازد. https://qcc.quran.ac.ir/article_143098_86abadae66083747b648f9db35790fbe.pdf
